  • My item has been damaged in transit?
    We try with all our orders to make sure that you recive the item in the best suitable conditon, however due to the nature of the product damages can sometimes happen, simply get in touch with us by the contact form or call +44 (0) 1604 707750 and we will be able to sort it.
  • I am not sure what oil i should use in my vehicle?
    Each vehicle requires a specific type of oil, you can usually find this information in your car’s handbook. We also have a team of expert oil advisors who are able to help and provide you with this information, fill in your details on our oil advisor page and we will get back to you within an hour (Monday to Friday between 9am-4pm).
  • Can I buy in bulk?
    If you would like to buy large quantities please get in contact as we are able to offer more competitive prices on larger quantities.
  • When will I receive my product?
    If your order is placed before 2pm, we aim to dispatch your item on the same day for next working day delivery.
  • What if I receive the incorrect oil?
    If you have received the incorrect oil please notify us as soon as possible and we will happily send out a replacement product and arrange collection of the incorrect oil.
  • What is your returns policy?
    You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be returned in the original packaging. Due to the nature of our products please ensure that correct returns delivery is arranged as not all couriers take liquids.
  • What if I have ordered the wrong oil?
    If you have ordered the wrong oil, we will happily refund the item, minus postage costs (please see our returns policy). Returns postage costs will not be refunded.
