I am not sure what oil I should use in my vehicle?
Each vehicle requires a specific type of oil, you can usually find this information in your car’s handbook. We also have a team of expert oil advisors who are able to help and provide you with this information, fill in your details on our oil advisor page and we will get back to you within one working day (Monday to Friday between 9am-4pm).
I can’t find the product I am looking for?
We can source a wide range of products that are not all stocked on our website, therefore if you can’t find what you are looking for do not hesitate in contacting our team who will be able to assist in sourcing what you require.
Can I buy in bulk?
If you would like to buy large quantities please get in contact as we are able to offer more competitive prices on larger quantities.
What if my oil arrives damaged?
We try to package all items as thoroughly as possible but unfortunately due to nature of the product damages can sometimes occur. Please notify us and we will happily send out a replacement product.
When will I receive my product?
If your order is placed before 12pm, we aim to dispatch your item on the same day for next working day delivery.
What are your delivery charges?
I received the incorrect oil?
If you have received the incorrect oil please notify us as soon as possible and we will happily send out a replacement product and arrange collection of the incorrect oil.
What is your returns policy?
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be returned in the original packaging. Due to the nature of our products please ensure that correct returns delivery is arranged as not all couriers take liquids.
